Discgear ( CD3) is a fourteen-year-old media storage company that focuses on providing innovative solutions for organizing and storing media discs. The company was founded in Austin, Texas in 1991 by Ron Hunt and Gene Whitehead, former IBM engineers with vast experience in system design and manufacturing. They are credited with over 120 U.S. and foreign patents in this field. Now, these engineers are applying those same inventive skills to the CD3 storage products.
